Ponder and brood on Psalm 118:6 by praying in the Spirit while holding that scripture in mind.

I AM STRONG AND COURAGEOUS. THE LORD OF HOSTS IS ON MY SIDE. I AM FREE FROM THE FEAR OF MAN.
