What is your motivation? This is the question that we all need to ask as we seek to understand why we do what we do. Ambition can be a negative concept if we are driven to serve just ourselves and our well-being, but when we are motivated by God to serve Him and bring glory to his name, our ambition becomes a righteous and proper thing. In the final week of The Serving Challenge, pastor Eli addresses what we do with our desire to succeed as we discuss our final serving aspect- AMBITION

Do you ever feel like God is calling but you aren't equipped to follow his call? Well here is the good news, God does not call anyone that he does not also prepare. Check out week 5 of The Serving Challenge as Pastor Eli talks about ABILITY!
ACTION
June 16, 2024
There is a lot of prep work that goes into making a movie. Sets need to be built, scripts written, actors selected and lines learned. But eventually all of the work to get ready for a movie needs to end and the filming needs to begin. It is time to take action. The same is true in the life of a Christian, eventually we need to stop preparing to live like a follower of Christ and actually DO IT. This week in The Serving Challenge Pastor Eli addresses the importance of taking ACTION as we learn to serve like Jesus.
AVAILABILITY
June 9, 2024 • Philippians 2:6–7, Mark 5:25–34
Time is precious and it seems so often that have very little that isn't already committed. When it comes to our availability are we making a priority to give any of it to God? Paul calls us to be imitators of Jesus but if we are going to serve like him, we also need to be available like him. Our challenge in week 3 of The Serving Challenge is to take a hard look at our schedule and see where Christ fits into our activities.
ATTITUDE
June 2, 2024 • Eli Thomas • Philippians 2:5, John 8:1–11
How we feel on the inside affects what we do on the outside. To follow Jesus into service to others means we have to learn to see others as Jesus does. This is a lot easier with those we love than it is with those we count as our enemies. We need an ATTITUDE CHECK and REALIGNMENT to give us the necessary mindset. Join us in week 2 as we discover our first serving aspect- ATTITUDE!
What Does It Take To Be Great?
May 26, 2024 • Philippians 2:5–11
Who is the GOAT (greatest of all time)? Whether it is athletes, business leaders, presidents or popes we all have opinions. For most of us we are drawn to greatness because deep down we want to be great as well. But as Christians is greatness something we should consider? In week 1 of The Serving Challenge we introduce the topic of serving like Jesus by determining what it means to be great in the Kingdom of God!
