How we feel on the inside affects what we do on the outside. To follow Jesus into service to others means we have to learn to see others as Jesus does. This is a lot easier with those we love than it is with those we count as our enemies. We need an ATTITUDE CHECK and REALIGNMENT to give us the necessary mindset. AMBITION

What is your motivation? This is the question that we all need to ask as we seek to understand why we do what we do. Ambition can be a negative concept if we are driven to serve just ourselves and our well-being, but when we are motivated by God to serve Him and bring glory to his name, our ambition becomes a righteous and proper thing. In the final week of The Serving Challenge, pastor Eli addresses what we do with our desire to succeed as we discuss our final serving aspect- AMBITION

ACTION

There is a lot of prep work that goes into making a movie. Sets need to be built, scripts written, actors selected and lines learned. But eventually all of the work to get ready for a movie needs to end and the filming needs to begin. It is time to take action. The same is true in the life of a Christian, eventually we need to stop preparing to live like a follower of Christ and actually DO IT. This week in The Serving Challenge Pastor Eli addresses the importance of taking ACTION as we learn to serve like Jesus.
