Today as we continue on in our series through the sermon on the mount, Jesus is going to address a topic where I think the vast majority of us feel completely insufficient. We feel out of our element. Other people try to teach us how to do what Jesus is going to teach, but still we feel dumb. It seems like other people do it so naturally. They say “oh it’s easy you just.” Yet here we are stuck looking like the dummies because we can’t seem to do a good job. As we study this prayer it will help remove some of the burden and stress that so many Jesus followers feel when it comes to prayer.
