But at the heart of it all is the One who gave us the greatest gift – His love, His light, and His life. This season isn’t just about what we receive, but about remembering the One who came to bring hope to the word. Let's center our hearts on Jesus, the Word made flesh, and celebrate the light He brings into our lives.

Episode 32 - The Fear Of Man Vs. God

In this episode of the Weekly Word, we learn about the danger of fearing man over God. We read about this topic when exploring the life of King Saul. Saul’s life was marked by a fear of people rather than obedience to God, leading to repeated acts of disobedience. Instead of trusting in God’s commands, Saul often gave in to the pressure of his insecurities. This pattern of prioritizing human approval over God’s authority led to his downfall and rejection as king. Through Saul’s story, we are reminded that fearing man leads to compromise and separation from God, but revering and trusting in God leads to life and blessing. This episode challenges us to examine our own hearts: Are we living to please others, or are we walking in faithful obedience to God?
