After thousands of years of constant violence and death, our desire for peace brought forth the value of law and order the main function of the blue level. The blue level develops a desire for order and stability. It values righteous living and our newly forming egos now expand to include feeling of guilt and unworthiness. We move back to valuing the collective and willingness for some self-sacrifice as a part of the divine plan.
