Session 2: Identifying Our Thoughts

Every day, we think between 9,000–60,000 thoughts. This class teaches us how to identify negative thoughts that keep us in bondage to anxiety, depression, and fear, and how we can process our thoughts through practical tools and biblical application.

Session 3 - Challenging Your Anxious, Negative or Toxic Thoughts

March 17, 2021 • Anne Lunkins • 2 Corinthians 10:3–5

This week, we’ll use several worksheets to help us begin to tear down the strongholds or thought patterns that have been created based on our experiences, feeling, and core beliefs. We need to examine and challenge these core beliefs which have been created and reinforced by our A.N.T. (automatic, negative thoughts). Check back for worksheets.

Session 4: Preventing the Battle of the Mind

In every battle there is a strategic plan before engaging in battle. We have a battle plan that Scripture gives us in order to become victorious in our battle of negative and anxious thoughts.
