One Gift Fits All
The Night Before Christmas Message • December 15, 2017 • Pastor Carlos A. Morales
We have at our disposal all of God’s power and grace so we can effectively accomplish His good and perfect will (v. 8). Paul informed us how God brings all this to pass. We have the greatest Christmas gift of all—Jesus, who came down from the Father. God has given us the grandest Christmas gifts of all—salvation and eternal life. These gifts show that God’s one gift fits all. This Christmas, let’s remind ourselves of the true meaning of Christmas. In God’s eternal plan, faith, repentance, salvation, eternal life, the presence of the Holy Spirit, and Heaven are the things that matter most.
Entering God's Throne Room
December 10, 2017 • Pastor Carlos A. Morales
Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven,[f] Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. 16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

November 12, 2017 • Pastora Aida Fuentes
Pastora Aida Fuentes
How to Ruin Your Life Series Part 4
7 Sings it's time to say "BYE to Bae • November 3, 2017 • Pastor Carlos A. Morales
We’re in the final week of our series called “How To Ruin Your Life,” and I’ve titled tonight’s message “7 Signs It’s Time to Say ‘Bye’ to Bae.” Tonight we’ll be discussing wisdom on dating in this crazy world, and in case you’re worried, the point of tonight is not to make you break up with that special someone. Tonight is all about how to date someone in the most godly and effective way. If you’re in middle school you might think that tonight has nothing to do with you, but you’re wrong. The Bible is very clear about having these conversations at a young age. In fact, most of the Proverbs are actually a conversation between a father and his son. The father wants to equip his son at a very young age with the wisdom to navigate through the relationships he will have. Why? Because the patterns that you start now will carry on into your future. No one plans to be divorced by 27, but the patterns we have in sixth grade will ultimately affect how we live as an adult. The way that you live your life right now creates the foundation for how you’ll live tomorrow. Now some

Six signs that you have found the perfect cellmate • October 20, 2017 • Pastor Carlos A. Morales
We are in week 3 of our series called “How to Ruin Your Life.” In week 1, we covered how wisdom will always fail you, and last week we talked about four ways you can start a fire with your phone. This week, I want to talk about six signs that you have found the perfect cellmate. That sounds like weird advice, but we’ve all heard or seen this phrase somewhere on the internet: A good friend will bail you out of jail, a best friend will be sitting next to you in the jail cell. For most of you, this sounds like a really epic goal of friendship. We see it everywhere, from books to movies to TV two best friends sitting in jail saying out loud, “That was fun...” and then it ends with a high five. As cool as this squad goal may look, I think if your friends are leading you to a path of imprisonment, you may be on the wrong path with the wrong friends. No one really plans for failure, and no one wakes up at age 13 with the goal of becoming a prison inmate. Yet the friends you have today will always impact your future tomorrow. Proverbs 13:20 reminds us of this reality this way: “Walk with the wise, you’ll become wise. Surround yourself with fools and you’ve sealed your own destruction.” This might sound too simple to believe in, but it’s true. The people involved in your life will always determine where you are going. I’ve heard it said like this: “Show me your friends; I’ll show you your future.” So here are six signs you may have found the perfect cellmate, along with some practical ways to not end up in the cell with them.
Lo Correcto es Lo correcto
October 15, 2017 • Pastora Aida Fuentes
How to Ruin Your Life Part 2
Ways to Start a Fire with your Phone • October 13, 2017 • Pastor Carlos A. Morales
We are in week two of our series called “How to Ruin Your Life.” Last week, we talked about how to fail at applying wisdom to your life, and on the other hand, how to truly live a successful life with wisdom as your companion and not just as a quick solution. This week, I’m going to show you four different ways you can start a fire with your phone. I want to talk about how we can sometimes cause destruction without even knowing it, by making poor choices through text and social media.

How to Ruin Your Life Series
Week 1 • October 6, 2017 • Pastor Carlos A. Morales
We are starting a new series tonight called “How to Ruin Your Life,” and I hope that by the end of these four weeks you will have a full working knowledge on how to really screw up your life. Let me reassure you, though—the point of all of this isn’t necessarily to lead you to destruction, but rather to lead you into a life that is filled with success. So for the next four of weeks, we’re going to be talking about topics like creating friendships that will stand the test of time, how to date in a way that will last, and using your phone wisely. If you haven’t guessed it yet, this is a series on wisdom. Typically, when we mention in church that we’re talking about wisdom, everyone’s eyes seem to glaze over. In the church, we make some really big claims about wisdom. We claim that if only you could live life wisely, your entire life will change for the better!
Conformados o conformismo
October 1, 2017 • Pastora Aida Fuentes
