When it Comes to our relationship with God, we wish we could all say “like Father like son/daughter.” Unfortunately, many times we do exactly the opposite of what God wants us to do. Yet He continues to love us and pursue us even in our desolate condition. May our prayer this Father’s day be that He makes us more like Him and less like ourselves.

But let's not fear as we seek to speak the gospel. But we can be confident as we pray that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ (Colossian 4:3)

In my neighborhood, I started walking and staying on specific roads. As I got familiar, I began to branch off and explore other areas getting more comfortable. As we engage our culture and neighborhoods, God will give us what we need to connect with them. "Go into all the world (even your neighborhoods) and make disciples" (Matthew 28:19)
