We are often tempted to "Go" where we think we can be used by God. Instead, we should remain where He has us and put roots down and get our hands busy, serving God right where we are. It seems more glamorous to go where we might be seen as a superstar, but those that serve our Holy God, must do it with humility and even when it costs us.

"We must obey God rather than man." Peter expressed a sentiment that we must all strive for in our walk with the Lord. There will be times when those in power will try to silence the message of the Cross. But just as Jesus told the disciples, "If they keep quiet, the rocks will cry out!" The message will be delivered, no matter what. Will you shy away from the calling for fear of man?
