As the Subsplash Platform continues to grow so is our company. We are delighted to announce the addition of two stellar individuals to our executive team—Lara Rickard as Chief Financial Officer and Thomas Osborn as Chief Operations Officer.  

As an accomplished financial and operational leader, Lara brings more than 20 years of experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments with a deep knowledge of the technology industry. As CFO, she will oversee and mentor the finance, risk/compliance, and legal teams to help bridge financial management with operational excellence.

Thomas brings 20+ years of experience in church tech, banking/financial services, and management consulting. At Subsplash he will oversee and guide various teams including People Operations, Project Management, and Platform Support with expertise in operations, strategy, and technology leadership.
