Each year on Good Friday, we have the opportunity to do unique: we restrict ourselves to the emotions of Friday, without the relief of Sunday. In other words, we focus on the DEATH of Jesus and do not allow ourselves to yet celebrate the RESURRECTION of Jesus. It's a good exercise, and can meaningfully impact our gratitude for what Easter means. Join us as we take communion together while contemplating the fact that our Savior died in the darkness.
