As Paul brings his letter to the Corinthians to a close, he reveals the cause of his contentious and threatening tone and why he wrote in such a manner. From the beginning of his letter to the end, he made every attempt to hold the Corinthian Believers accountable to the faith they professed in Messiah Yeshua. They had questioned his motives for raising money, questioned his Apostleship, questioned his visions, dreams, and authority. And in the end, he challenged the Corinthians to examine themselves and test their faith, and raised questions about their salvation.
