A significant aspect of Advent is anticipation, which inherently involves waiting. Waiting can be one of the most valuable opportunities for us to learn about godliness, maturity, and faith. Learning to wait on the Lord is essential for growth as a disciple of Jesus. The Kingdom of God is not only worth the wait, but there is also great value in the waiting itself.
