The purpose why Jesus came was to preach the gospel and fulfill God's will by His death on the cross. Jesus never allowed miracles and casting out of demons to become the sole focus of His ministry and purpose.
Remembering the main reason why Jesus came helps us to see that His predetermined plan will always be accomplished.

Because Jesus is the LORD of the Sabbath, He releases us from the legalistic pressure of self-righteousness and frees us to a life of joyful obedience because of His righteousness that was made available to us on the cross.
