Living the life

Episode 658

Angus Buchan

Luke 1:1-5
"Inasmuch as many have taken in hand to set in order a narrative of those things which have been fulfilled among us, just as those who from the beginning were eyewitnesses and ministers of the word delivered them to us, it seemed good to me also, having had perfect understanding of all things from the very first, to write to you an orderly account, most excellent Theophilus, that you may know the certainty of those things in which you were instructed.
There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the division of Abijah. His wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth."

Our actions speak louder than our words. How we live is a testimony to the people around us.

In Whom do you believe?

Hebrews 13:8, Deuteronomy 32:39, Revelation 1:8, John 16:7

Hebrews 13:8. Deuteronomy 32:39. We need to understand and know in Whom we believe. Revelation 1:8. He is God, there is no other God. He is the great I Am. Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus said, if you have seen Me, you have seen the Father. John 16:7. There is no other God.

The miracle

Matthew 28:6

The greatest miracle that ever happened was when Jesus Christ came out of the grave after three days, when He rose as He said He would. Matthew 28:6. His tomb was empty. It is miraculous. Maybe today, you need a miracle in your life.

Comfort His people

Isaiah 40:1

Isaiah 40:1. Jesus wants us to comfort those who are hurting. To comfort people we can't just quote scriptures to them and preach to them, we need to give them time, spend time with them because their hearts are broken. They are morning a lost one. Love them and weep with them.
