In Whom do you believe?
Hebrews 13:8, Deuteronomy 32:39, Revelation 1:8, John 16:7
Hebrews 13:8. Deuteronomy 32:39. We need to understand and know in Whom we believe. Revelation 1:8. He is God, there is no other God. He is the great I Am. Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus said, if you have seen Me, you have seen the Father. John 16:7. There is no other God.
Comfort His people
Isaiah 40:1
Isaiah 40:1. Jesus wants us to comfort those who are hurting. To comfort people we can't just quote scriptures to them and preach to them, we need to give them time, spend time with them because their hearts are broken. They are morning a lost one. Love them and weep with them.
Born again
John 3:3–4, John 3:7
John 3:3-4, 7. Unless a person is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God. This means that our lives need to change based on a decision we make to believe in and follow Jesus. It is a 180 degree turn in the opposite direction from where we were going. There needs to be change.
Tell your story
2 Peter 1:16–18, Acts 7
How many people have you told lately about your story? The story about your conversion, of your experience of Jesus Christ. This is a simple story about how Christ saved us. 2 Peter 1:16-18. There is great power in our personal testimony, because people can either agree with you or disagree with us but they can't argue with you because they weren't there. Acts 7.
Come and see
John 1:46, Mark 16:15
John 1:46. After meeting Jesus personally and finding Him, we can't keep it a secret so we tell others to come and see what we have found. Mark 16:15. We need to tell people Who we have found, the Messiah, the One Who gives eternal life. So that they too can be set free, be born again, be healed.
Family
Colossians 3:18–20
Colossians 3:18-20. The family is under tremendous attack at the moment because the devil hates God, and the devil knows how precious the family unit is to God. We must not give him an opportunity to attack us. We need to combat the lies of the devil through prayer, communication, doing things together with the Lord as your focus.
Loneliness
John 15:16
If you are feeling lonely, like no one cares for you? You don't need to feel that way because Jesus Christ loves you, and He chose you. John 15:16. God has appointed us to go and bare good fruit. The devil tries to accuse us and knock us down. We shouldn't let our confidence come from other people, but from the Lord Himself.
Holy Character
1 Peter 3:3
1 Peter 3:3. God tells us not to let our adornment to be merely outward but to spend more time on our inward appearance than our outward appearance. The beauty that the Lord is speaking about is from the inside, from a person who is selfless, and cares more about others, who has the Lord's peace in their hearts.
