Without faith we cannot please God. We need to recognise that with God we can achieve mighty things, so trust him always.

The choice is ours so be sure to choose life and blessings so that you and your descendants may live an abundant life pleasing to God.

Sometimes we feel aggrieved and want to take revenge but the bible teaches us to turn the other cheek and forgive. It’s difficult because our natural man wants to retaliate when we get angry. When we give our lives to the Lord, His Holy Spirit lives within us and therefore we should be swift to hear and slow to speak. Angry words can cause more damage than a beating so always try to live in peace with those around you.
The simple life

When Jesus walked on this earth, He lived a simple life and we should follow His example. Many of us are suffering from anxiety, stress, and depression because we are over complicating our life. What good is it if we gain the whole world and lose our soul? Mark 8:36. Chasing after money is like chasing the wind. Don’t waste your time chasing money. Simplify your life and seek after the things of God. Your life will turn around and you will have peace.

Who is qualified to be a pastor or an evangelist or any other leadership position in the church? Angus says that when we give our lives to the Lord and repent of our sins, we qualify for service in the Lord’s work, no matter who we are or our status in life. God is looking for ordinary people like you and me to carry out His divine purposes on earth, namely to spread the word of Salvation through Jesus Christ.

The Christian family is under attack all over the world, like never before. Ephesians 5:22 explains exactly what God expects from us in order to protect the integrity of the family. God at the head, then the husband as the spiritual head of the family, followed by his wife and then the children. Husbands and wives need to love each other and work together as one to bring their children up in a knowledge of the Lord with love and support for one another.

During a drought one year, Angus promised God that if He allowed a crop of corn he had planted, to survive he would dedicate his life to preaching the Gospel. He had a bumper crop that year and the farm was saved. Angus honored his promise to God and has preached to millions all over the world and God has blessed him.
