Are you facing difficulty? One man who understood about suffering was the apostle Paul. 2 Corinthians 11:24-27. Sometimes our suffering is in preparation for work ahead and others which you will one day be a help to. God doesn't cause the hardships but through them God teaches us and trains us. As Christians, we are not exempt from suffering, we are still in this world. Romans 8:28. 2 Corinthians 12:9.

Who is this man?

John 1:1, Matthew 16:13–15, Matthew 16:16

Matthew 16:13-15. What would you have said if Jesus had asked you who do you say that He is. Matthew 16:16. He is Emmanuel, God with us. He is God made flesh. Jesus is God. John 1:1. Jesus is the only way to the Father. Jesus was not just a 'good' man. C.S. Lewis said that Jesus is either God or a mad man. Jesus' tomb is empty.

Empty promises

Hebrews 10:23

A promise is an assurance that one will do something. Hebrews 10:23. The Lord never ever breaks His promise. We as Christians should keep our promises no matter what. We need to be people of integrity and honesty. As Christians, we must keep our word. That is why we need to be careful what we say and think before we speak. God will hold us to our promises.

The Great Commission

Mark 16:15, Colossians 1:27, Matthew 25:40

Jesus gave us The Great Commission to go into all the world and preach the Gospel. Mark 16:15. Maybe you feel like you can't do it but yes you can. Colossians 1:27. It's not about you, it's about Christ in you. Start at home, in your own school or workplace. Matthew 25:40. Whatever you do, do it unto the Lord, you just need to start somewhere, just start small.
