There is immense power in our words. We say things in anger that we don’t really mean and it can cause hurt to others, especially those we love. If you’re having a challenging day and something goes wrong, try counting to ten in your head before opening your mouth. Give yourself a chance to calm down rather than tackling the problem head on. Once you say something the words are out there and you can’t take them back so always tell the the truth in love and guard your tongue.
