When the Holy Spirit moves in a person's heart, tears usually flow. John 11:35 says that at the death of Lazarus when Jesus saw how much pain Mary, Martha and many others were in, He wept. If Jesus was moved to tears then we should expect to be as well.

"Almost every time I have preached the Gospel, no matter the audience, I have personally witnessed that when Holy Spirit ministers His love and forgiveness, hearts are broken and people commit their lives to Jesus with tears flowing down their cheeks."

If Holy Spirit is moving you to tears then rejoice because of His love for you.
