The Alpha and Omega
April 26, 2024 • Angus Buchan • Philippians 4:13, Romans 8:11, 1 John 4:4, Revelation 1:8, Revelation 1:11
If Christ is Lord of your life, there is nothing you need to be afraid of. He is Lord of Lords and the All in All. God sees us through because He is the Beginning and the End.
No Excuses
April 5, 2024 • Angus Buchan • 2 Peter 2:21, Matthew 26:75, Jeremiah 23:29, Romans 3:23, Matthew 11:28
Once you have heard the truth, there are no more excuses. Uncle Angus pleads with us to remember our first love, to stop sinning and to come back to Jesus. The Lord is waiting for us with arms wide open.
The Nazarene
March 29, 2024 • Angus Buchan • Luke 23:42, Psalm 62:5, Luke 23:34
Maybe you feel like you are far from God? Let us remember the thief on the cross, someone we don’t talk about much when we speak about the crucifixion. We need to look to Jesus, like the thief on the cross did, and know that He is the way, the truth and the life.
Unforgiveness
February 23, 2024 • Angus Buchan • Matthew 18:21–22
What are you looking forward to? What have you set your heart on? Before Uncle Angus was saved, he only looked forward to setting up his farm, and when he had done it, there was nothing else to live for. Now that he is a Christian, Angus looks forward to home time and eternity with Jesus. Let us look up because our redemption is near, and Jesus is coming back one day.

No More Tears
February 9, 2024 • Angus Buchan • Isaiah 35:10, Revelation 7:17, Psalm 122:6
Uncle Angus shares a story about when he took a group of young men into the Drakensberg Mountains. These were hardened men who had been hurt by life and had many problems. The journey to the top of the mountain was tough, and the young men faced their fears and insecurities. The story has humorous moments, but at the end of the hike, God had worked in their lives. The story reminds us that no matter what we have gone through, God will wipe away all our tears one day.
Watch the Tongue
February 2, 2024 • Angus Buchan • 1 Peter 3:10–12, John 1:1, Proverbs 29:18, Hebrews 11:1, Hebrews 13:8
Let us watch what we say. We need to stop speaking death over our own lives and stop fighting with God. Always ask what God is saying about a situation and speak life over it and our bodies. Let us say: "BUT GOD” when we hear negative or discouraging things. Rise up mighty man and woman of God and speak the words God speaks over us.
Healing
January 19, 2024 • Angus Buchan • Hebrews 13:8, Luke 1:37, Numbers 23:19, Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24
Healing miracles didn’t end when Jesus went up to heaven. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, which means we can be healed right now. Jesus said it was finished on the cross. The work is done. Uncle Angus ends this episode with a prayer for healing.
