Greater Love

Episode 1

April 2, 2021 • Angus Buchan • Luke 23:33–43

It’s Good Friday and the Revival Train has left the station.

In this very first episode, Angus refers to the account of the crucifixion as found in Luke 23. The one criminal also crucified blasphemed Jesus but the other one acknowledged Him as Lord - Jesus assured him that he would be with Him in paradise that very day. We can’t escape death but like the redeemed criminal, we too can be with Jesus in paradise forever, if we acknowledge him as Lord today.

Without the crucifixion of Christ, there would be no salvation and no revival. To God be all the glory for His sacrifice on the cross because we are all sinners in need of redemption. When you acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, He forgives you of all your sin. He requires that you repent, turn your back on your old ways and follow Him.

"Revival is a people saturated with God" and when revival happens, the lost will take notice and God will be glorified!

Be blessed as you join Angus on the Revival Train.

The Power of Prayer

April 19, 2024 • Angus Buchan • James 5:16, Matthew 6:9–13, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, Romans 10:17, John 16:7

Prayer is one of Uncle Angus's favourite topics. God doesn't answer prayer, He answers the prayer of faith. We have to believe what we are praying for.

The Flint

April 12, 2024 • Angus Buchan • Isaiah 50:6, Isaiah 26:3, Romans 8:31, Psalm 19:14, Isaiah 50:7

Are you struggling and feel like giving up? Set your face like flint towards the things that God has called you to do and He will be with you as you press on.

No Excuses

April 5, 2024 • Angus Buchan • 2 Peter 2:21, Matthew 26:75, Jeremiah 23:29, Romans 3:23, Matthew 11:28

Once you have heard the truth, there are no more excuses. Uncle Angus pleads with us to remember our first love, to stop sinning and to come back to Jesus. The Lord is waiting for us with arms wide open.
