Angus tells us that crucifixion was the most painful and torturous death you could ever imagine and yet that is what our beloved saviour Jesus Christ endured for our sake. When we choose to believe in Him, we are adopted into His family. He loved us so much before we were even born that He was prepared to die by crucifixion so that we could have our sins forgiven and be reconciled to the Father.

Hebrews 13:8. Deuteronomy 32:39. We need to understand and know in Whom we believe. Revelation 1:8. He is God, there is no other God. He is the great I Am. Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus said, if you have seen Me, you have seen the Father. John 16:7. There is no other God.
Comfort His people
Isaiah 40:1
Isaiah 40:1. Jesus wants us to comfort those who are hurting. To comfort people we can't just quote scriptures to them and preach to them, we need to give them time, spend time with them because their hearts are broken. They are morning a lost one. Love them and weep with them.
