Unforgiveness

Episode 8

May 21, 2021 • Angus Buchan • Matthew 6:11–13, Luke 6:41, John 10:10, Luke 19:9

The Lord's Prayer highlights to us that God expects that we forgive those who have hurt us, just as God forgives us our sins.

If you are harbouring something against someone and refuse to forgive them, it will affect your walk with the Lord. You run the risk of becoming bitter and angry. We are called to bring the light of Jesus into this dark and dying world - without forgiving and asking for forgiveness, we won’t be able to do that. The peace of the Lord comes with forgiveness.

May God bless you as you listen to this message.

Prayer is one of Uncle Angus's favourite topics. God doesn't answer prayer, He answers the prayer of faith. We have to believe what we are praying for.
