If you are a believer in Jesus and have been born again by the Spirit, then the Holy Spirit literally dwells inside of you. Your body is His temple, and you were sealed with the Spirit in Christ when you believed. See it in Ephesians 1… “And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.”

Understanding that we are in a war that we cannot win but cannot afford to lose we are left with only one conclusion…we need help. We need help from God, and we need help from other Christians. Because we should have learned by now a lone sheep is a dead sheep.
