Bio for Karmen Smith:
Karmen’s faith has been stretched and grown through journeys of infertility, loss, fostering, and adoption (not to mention business ownership, home schooling, and so much more). She’s learned that when you #PrayBig things happen and how important it is to keep showin’ up! So, grab that glass of sweet tea or a cup of coffee, pull up a seat on the front porch, and prepare to be both inspired and challenged by the blessings and wisdom Karmen has to share.
Karmen’s genuine care for people makes her a friend to everyone and a stranger to no one. With her authentic Southern charm that both motivates and inspires, Karmen shares real stories about real life, challenging others to trust God in the midst of all of life’s struggles. She is a natural and gifted teacher and communicator, and not just because she holds an MA in Elementary Education, having taught for over a decade. She’s a wife and busy boy mom of five, raising them to do one brave thing a day on their Alabama farm.
