Life is full of ups and downs, and following Jesus can often take us in directions that seem counterintuitive to our growth and fulfillment. In this message, Bob Sorge shines a light on this paradox and teaches us how to grow and stay faithful in the journey.

Week 5 - Speak Life

September 29, 2019 - October 5, 2019

SCRIPTURE: 4 They will spring up like grass in a meadow, like poplar trees by flowing streams. 5 Some will say, ‘I belong to the Lord’; others will call themselves by the name of Jacob; still others will write on their hand, ‘The Lord’s,’ and will take the name Israel. - Isaiah 44:4-5 PRAYER: As a unified body, we come together to speak life into our communities, our cities, our schools, our nation, and beyond. As you have transformed us, Lord, transform our nation from the inside out, and make us a new creation in Messiah!

Week 4 - Restoring Unity to the Body of Believers

September 22, 2019 - September 28, 2019

SCRIPTURE: 12 Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. 13 For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. - 1 Corinthians 12:12-13 PRAYER: As You repair our relationships and heal our wounds, help us now to work towards unity amongst all who believe, that we may be one in our Messiah, embracing and celebrating each other as many members of one body.

Week 3 - Rebuilding Broken Relationships

September 15, 2019 - September 21, 2019

SCRIPTURE: 31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. - Ephesians 4:31-32 PRAYER: Guide us as we seek to mend wounds we have caused to our brothers and sisters. Help us to forgive those who have injured us. With repentant hearts, we seek to repair what has been damaged and strengthen our bonds with each other and with You.
