7 Ways We Tap Into God’s Power :

#1 - Through Our Humility
James 4:6-7, 10 KJV - But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisters the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you...Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

#2 - Through Our Faith
Hebrews 11:33-34 KJV - Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong (made strong in DUNAMIS), waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of aliens.

#3 - Through Our Prayers
James 5:16 KJV - Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

#4 - Through Our Praise
Hebrews 13:15 KJV - By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

#5 - Through Our Thoughts
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 KJV - For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into the captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Philemon 3-6 KJV - Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers, Hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints; The the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

#6 - Through Our Words
Proverbs 18:20-21 AMPC - A man's [moral] self shall be filled with the fruit of his mouth; and with the consequence of his words he must be satisfied [whether good or evil]. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [ for death or life].

John 13:17 AMPC - If you know these things, blessed and happy and to be envied are you if you practice them [if you act accordingly and really do them].

God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. 17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. 19 We love Him because He first loved us. MY FATHER IS ALWAYS FOR ME Romans 8:28-32 NKJV - 28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to [His] purpose. 29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined [to be] conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. 31 What then shall we say to these things? Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge]. WE ARE ALWAYS WELL ABLE TO OVERCOME Numbers 13:30 AMPC - 30 Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once and possess it; we are well able to conquer it. 2 Corinthians 12:10 AMPC - 10 So for the sake of Christ, I am well pleased and take pleasure in infirmities, insults, hardships, persecutions, perplexities and distresses; for when I am weak [[a]in human strength], then am I [truly] strong (able, powerful [b]in divine strength).

Beyond the Power of Evil Psalm 34:19 - Many evils confront the [consistently] righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. 10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: 11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 12 Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth. 13 Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance; 14 Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ hath shewed me. 15 Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance. - 2 Peter 1:3-15 KJV
