Let's brew up some more theology! The election will take place this week, and at the center of it is a question about the role of religion in our national life. We've already talked about the dangers of Christian Nationalism. A mix of motives drives such extreme views, but at least one big one is an honest belief in the cruciality of Christian fundamentals, which raises an all-important question: What are these fundamentals?
