We can’t wait to do it all over again—worship, laughter, rest, and connection—at our 8th annual Woven Retreat! Last year, women joined us from La Grange and beyond, sharing stories, learning together, and making memories that last long after the weekend ends. What’s included?
All meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch), lodging, speaking sessions, retreat gift, and materials. A packing list will be shared at least 2 weeks before the retreat.
I’m new—what can I expect?
Four sessions: Friday evening, Saturday morning & evening, and Sunday morning. Each includes worship and teaching. Plus: theme parties, late-night snacks, group games, breakout sessions, and quiet time.
What are accommodations like at Camp Allen?
Hotel-style rooms with private bathrooms (linens included). Beautiful grounds for walking and relaxing.
PRICING DETAILS :
-Early Bird Registration until 9/25/26 : $295 ($99 deposit required with payment plan)
-Regular Registration from 9/26/26 to 12/31/26 : $325 ($99 deposit required with payment plan)
-Last Call Registration from 1/1/27 - 1/15/27 : $345 (pay in full)
Payment Options
We recognize finances can be an obstacle in attending. As a result, Woven subsidizes the overall cost as well as offers need-based scholarships (see below). We encourage you to take advantage of our early bird pricing as well as our payment plan option, which requires a $99 deposit. The remaining balance can be paid as you're able before January 15, 2027.
*All payments are non-refundable after November 30th, 2026.
Retreat Scholarship
We encourage you to apply for a scholarship using our retreat assistance form found in the Woven app. All funds will be awarded after our banquet on November 12, 2026.
Roommates & Food Concerns
You are invited to share roommate requests or food allergies during checkout.

This is a child-free event to ensure a restful experience for all.
