3 practical directives to banish worry
1. No more distractions - with what you think God wants. He wants you!
2. Stop worrying about what other people are doing - mind your own business.
3. Don't spend so much time being in His service that we miss spending time sitting at the Throne of the Father, receiving from Jesus, and Holy Spirit.

3 internal truths about worrying:
1. Worrying doesn't display your focus, worrying displays your lack of faith
2. Worrying doesn't demonstrate your depth of care, worrying demonstrates your affinity with control.
3. Worrying destroys the image of God in you. It destroys the image of God in you. You where we're made in His Image and we're made in his likeness.
You destroy worrying by seeking the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth!
