Pastor Jaime Gonzalez teaches that as humans, we tend to view God's goodness based on the circumstances in our life. He is good when we get the job, get the car, are blessed by someone, but He is also good when we DON'T get the job, or car, or gift.
As God our Comforter, our Giver, our Provider, we are quick to say GOD IS GOOD, but we also need God our Instructor, Director, and Disciplinarian...and guess what? HE IS STILL GOOD! His Goodness is not based on what He gives us, it is who He is!
Always, and in ALL ways, He is always Good.
God is always and in all ways GOOD!
