Payment Information

- Payment can be made any time before the event at Harvest Christian Academy.

- Checks must be made payable to WHTC and delivered to HCA by September 1st.

- Cash can be paid at HCA before or on the day of the event.

- If you elect to "Pay Later" on your registration form, please text Nick Torrez at 956-342-0467 with a message explaining how you intend to render payment.


READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:

By registering for this event you acknowledge the following:

- I am registering as a cook competing in the 2025 Harvest Christian Academy 8th Annual Cook-off.

- I have read the Champions Barbecue Alliance (CBA) Cook-Off rules.

- I agree to abide by all rules set forth.

- I understand that Harvest Christian Academy will not be responsible for items left behind, theft, or damage.

- I understand that holes or dug pits are not permitted and that cook teams are responsible for fully cleaning their area and leaving the grounds in the same condition in which they find them.

- I understand that alcohol IS NOT PERMITTED on school grounds before, during, or after the event.
