The Word of God teaches that we must sow if we want to have a harvest. If we don't attend work, we can't expect our employer to pay us unearned wages. One of the hardest things to do as a follower of Christ is to obey when it costs us to do so. Even so, we must be very careful that we don't sow to the flesh or we will reap a harvest of corruption. God wants us to obey Him so that we are able to receive a harvest.
