It is very difficult to meditate on God in our time. Our modern way of life makes it much more difficult with our constant busyness, lack of ability to concentrate, and general lack of experience in prayerful reflection. More often than not, most Christians think superficially, without the practice of immersing themselves in the knowledge of God and communion with Him. Can this be learned and is it possible in our day?

Thinking is at the heart of the human personality. It is in thinking that not only the expression of who we are, but also the formation of our inner world takes place. That is why there is the most serious spiritual battle for thoughts. One of the blessings of people who know God is that they meditate on God, the Creator of the universe. The practice of such meditation becomes one of the most important conditions for full spiritual development.
