Worthy is the Lamb

John experiences extreme sadness in his vision as he can find no one worthy to open the scroll, which is a symbol of deliverance from oppression and of a pathway to life with God. But hope abounds as we behold the worthy one, the Lamb who was slain. Revelation calls us to sing a new song with our lives pointing to His worthiness.
