Jesus summation of the Old Testament law was to love God and love your neighbor. Jesus unpacks the complexity of the truth of what it means to authentically love those around you, and he also redefines our definition of a neighbor in a provocative story. Jesus challenges us to neighbor in a way that crosses lines, inconveniences our schedules, and forces us to step into the awkward spaces. He does all of this in one parable known as “The Good Samaritan.” Join us as we kick-off our new series on how to be a good neighbor!
