Once you've become a Christian, what's the next step for you to take? In this second chapter of Peter's first letter, he shows us that while Heaven is our ultimate home, God has a purpose with us here on Earth. We are called to live as the people of God, built up together into the true temple of God: a beacon of light to the world, in whom God dwells, with Jesus as our cornerstone.
