We are excited to invite you to join us at The Crazy Water Hotel in Mineral Wells, Texas, for our ministers' and spouses' retreat on January 9-11, 2026. This new venue is a beautiful hotel with rich Texas history, and we hope it will prove to be a relaxing weekend of encountering Jesus and connecting with the pastors of the West Texas District.

Retreat/Hotel Information:
Each room at the hotel is a beautiful suite with a full kitchen and sitting area. You will be responsible for your own breakfasts each day and lunch on Saturday. There are great restaurants near the hotel. Feel free to bring snacks or make your own breakfast/lunch in the suite!
Further details regarding the rooms:
Each room is a suite, with some being 2-bedroom suites. These spacious suites include private bathrooms and bedrooms for each couple, while sharing a common kitchen and living room, similar to a condo. If you are attending with others from your church or have pastor friends on the district, it would be helpful if some of you would be willing to share a suite. Please indicate this preference when you register.
Mineral Wells is a quaint town with shops and restaurants that you'll enjoy exploring.
Please note the following changes:
We want to clarify that this retreat is designed specifically for our pastors and retired clergy only—whether married or single (with the exception of nursing infants). Childcare will not be provided this year, so we kindly ask that other arrangements be made for children during the weekend. We know this may require extra planning and sincerely appreciate your understanding. Our desire is to create space for our pastors to rest, reflect, and be refreshed.
Also, no adjustments to the price for one night only or refunds will be available this year.
We know that change can sometimes be challenging, but we promise you'll love the new place! More than anything, we pray that you encounter Jesus and are renewed in His presence!
Please note: There is NO late registration this year, and checks will be due prior to the retreat.
