Jesus' birth was the fulfillment of one of God's most important promises in the Bible: the promise of Immanuel (which means, God is with us). The story of Jesus birth emphasizes the humility of Jesus and God's desire to come and dwell among his people.

God's Guidance

God sent Jesus to be the light of the world. And Jesus tells us that anyone who follows him will never have to walk in darkness again. What an incredible promise! This Christmas sermon explores the themes of light and dark and celebrates the way God sent his light to bring hope to the world.
