Hurt people hurt people. People who have been attacked, criticized and sinned against are continuing the cycle of sin by taking their frustration out on others. As disciples of Jesus, we are called to break the cycle by loving others and spreading the light of Christ in our world.
"This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters." 1 John 3:16
