If you have it on your heart to impact someone’s life for Christ, empathy is the key to leading others—especially young people—into a deeper relationship with God. Empathy means connecting with people emotionally, experiencing life from their perspective, and walking alongside them on their unique journey.

After all, the Bible teaches us that we're all adopted as God's children, and that means church should be more like a family reunion and less like a trip to the DMV. Don't settle for a once-a-week experience with religion when God is inviting you to be part of the family.
