Join us at 390 Gathering Place Ln, Iowa City, IA 52246 for an engaging wellness-focused event designed to help future residents better understand how personalized wellness assessments can shape an individualized Thrivera experience at Gathering Place. Fitness Assessments will assess functional fitness such as upper and lower body strength, flexibility, agility, and balance. These assessments will help guide us to your strengths, while also showing us opportunity for improvement. 

Participants will have the opportunity to create their own heart-healthy snack mix while enjoying infused fruit water refreshments. Wellness handouts guide attendees through the purpose and benefits of the assessment process.
