We are a people who suffer. We suffer because we live in a broken world. Sometimes we suffer because of our own choices or the choices of others. And sometime we don't have any way to know why we experience what we experience. Ultimately, we suffer because we serve a good God who has appointed suffering as part of His plan in our lives. Although suffering is part of God's good plan, it is hard. So how does one suffer well? How does one experience suffering in a way that it draws us closer to God, changes our souls and prepares us for an eternity of Joy? This practical sermon explores these questions by looking at specific realities about suffering given to God's people in Scripture.
