State of the Church

Before the fullness of fall sets in, we will pause this Sunday to refocus on what Jesus tells us is most important! In what I call the "State of the Church" sermon, we will celebrate what the Lord is doing through our shared ministry and consider how each of us can stay focused on loving God, neighbor, and even self! At the end of each service we will pray for those who will lead fall ministries.

A Heart for Refugees

This Sunday, we will hear how God transforms lives by calling people like us to serve our neighbors. Special guests, Emily Kate Holian and Jeanette Middleton-Sudano will share how an encounter with refugees near BWI airport led to a network of life giving relationships. Come and give thanks to the God who calls us and be inspired to watch for God's movement along your journey. VBS kids are encouraged to come help present their offering to Heart for Refugees at 9:30 or 11:00!
