Welcome Summer! This Sunday we begin our Sabbath Summer wherein we claim space for rest and renewal against the backdrop of a restless world. Together in worship, we will discover God's rhythm for rest and work which affords us opportunities for thoughtfulness, neighborliness, prayer and play. We will practice centering prayer, thoughtful Biblical exploration, and meaningful community.

This Sunday we will honor the Lord's command and worship God alone! We will consider how observing the Sabbath gives us space to be neighborly. Could it be that the Sabbath command is not intended to just restore us through rest and renewal but also valuable for the restoration of relationships and community?
