We are privileged to welcome Brad Buser, a dynamic speaker, retired missionary and founder of Radius International. Following God's call, Brad and his wife Beth took the gospel of Jesus Christ to the Iteri, an unreached remote tribe in Papua New Guinea. Over the course of two decades, the Busers learned the tribe's language, taught the people to read and write a written version of it, translated the scriptures into this language and planted a church. This Sunday, Brad joins us to share his story and to encourage us as a church to challenge people to consider giving their lives to reach those who've never heard the name of Christ.
Serving Others Together
September 26, 2021 • John Klumpp • 1 Corinthians 12:12–26
Our consumer-driven culture is one that expects to be served on our terms. Part of the countercultural beauty of Christianity is that God has instructed and equipped us to be servants of God and others. But why? Why is it so important to God that His people serve Him and each other?
Doing Life Together
September 19, 2021 • Pastor Michael Swindell • Philippians 2:1–11
Living in community means putting others above yourself, as Christ demonstrated in his example. This Sunday, be our guest as we demonstrate what God's word says about doing life together with other believers, and why that's so important to the life of a Christian.
Worshiping God Together
September 12, 2021 • Pastor Steve Gibson • Hebrews 10:24–31, Psalm 116
Why does God set such a high value on gathering together as a church? This organism He created may not be perfect, but we'll look at why attending church is a matter of obedience, a matter of practical benefit, and a matter of love for our Creator and for our fellow believers.
