The resurrection displays the power of God.

God’s abundant grace enables abundant giving, which results in abundant work.  6. Generosity elicits thanksgiving to God. 7. Our gift doesn’t compare to God’s gift. 

Life is a Journey

Life is a Journey Go Genesis 1:28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” Build Exodus 35:4-5; 10, 21-22, 25, 36:6-7 Glorify Romans 10:14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” 2 Chronicles 7:1 When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the temple.

The Kingdom of God is a Party Matthew 14:13-21 Matthew 16 23 But he turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a hindrance to me. For you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man.”24 Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and  me. 25 For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. 26 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul? 1. Trust God to provide. 2. Give what you have. 3. Watch God multiply. Ephesians 3:20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all, for ever and ever! Amen.
