Isaiah 117 House of Washington County, TN, has been a vital resource for our community since its opening in September 2019. This nonprofit charity offers a safe, comforting space for children who are removed from their homes due to safety concerns. Typically, these children are taken to a child welfare office and may have to wait for hours or even days for a placement. Many arrive with nothing and are often scared, lonely, and hungry.
Isaiah 117 House provides a welcoming environment where children can receive the care and comfort they need. Volunteers offer clean clothes, food, toys, and cozy blankets, ensuring the children feel safe and loved during this difficult time. This caring space also allows child welfare staff to complete necessary paperwork and find a suitable foster placement, giving these children a sense of peace during a traumatic experience.
At Westside Christian Church, we believe in the mission of Isaiah 117 House and are proud to support their work. To raise funds for this worthy cause, we will be hosting our biannual car show to benefit the local Washington county home. All money raised from registration fees and donations at the event will go directly to Isaiah 117 House of Washington County TN, helping continue their crucial support for children in need.
The mission of Isaiah 117 House is threefold:
- Reduce trauma for children awaiting placement
- Lighten the load for child welfare services
- Ease the transition for foster families

Registration Details:
Early Registration: $15 through March 24th, 2025
Late Registration: $20 from March 25th through April 5th, 2025
All proceeds will go directly to the Isaiah 117 House.
We’ll also be collecting donations at the event for anyone willing and able to give. No donation is to small!
